  • Overview

    Responsible for providing beverage and food service to all customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
    • Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
    • Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage and food service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
    • Accurately accounts for all revenue related to the sale or service of beverage products.
    • Performs necessary tasks to service guests
    • Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests will be promptly fulfilled.
    • Performs with Bartenders, Barbacks, Supervisors, and Line Cooks in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
    • Maintains assigned area for cleanliness.
    • Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (sidework, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High School Diploma or GED required.

     

    SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.

     

                MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

     

                REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Must be able to carry drink trays.

    The associate should have the ability to lift serving trays in excess of 10 pounds.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  When on the project floor, the noise level increases to loud.
