  • Overview

    The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for the daily operations of the Golf Shop.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
    • Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
    • Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public
    • Answer phones
    • Merchandise Sales
    • Schedule Tee Times
    • Maintain clean work area, ensure Club Standards are achieved.
    • Follow Guest Service Standards
    • Must be able to use Point of Sale system
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High School Diploma or GED required. 

     

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
