    Responsible for assisting judges in booth during races.

     

    *This is a seasonal position*

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
    • Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
    • Responsible for transmitting numbers throughout the race to the television monitors to inform betting public of the horses positions.
    • Responsible for getting judge’s information or anything else they need during the race program.
    • Responsible for assisting judges in the daily operations of the race program from the judge’s booth.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    High School diploma or GED required. Knowledge of horse racing a plus.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

     

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

     

    REASONING ABILITY:
    Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations.
